Sock-Not LeggingsHeartStrings knitting pattern #A29A unique concept in socks — dressy stirrup-type legwear without the heels and toes of conventional socks. Sock-Not Leggings are nice as a pretty cover-up on legs without the bulk of a complete sock.
The tailored twist-stitch lace patterns enhance the leg portion, and becomingly conform to the shape at calf. Twist-stitch ribbing on the foot portion hugs ankle and arch. Altogether, a practical fashion alternative for warmth and wearability. Adult medium, 450 yds fingering weight yarn. 7 ½ stitches/inch, US 0 / 2.0 mm needles suggested.
