Beaded Lace Scarf II in Helen's Lace color Aslan with silver-lined light amethyst beads

Beaded Scarf II looks lovely knitted in both variegated and solid color yarns.

The example to left is knitted in Helen's Lace from Lorna's Laces Yarns in the colorway Aslan; the beads are Miyuki silver-lined light amethyst. Full view

Sterling Silk and Silver by Kraemer Yarns in color natural with silver-lined clear crystal beads

The example to right above is knitted in Sterling Silk and Silver by Kraemer Yarns in color natural; the beads are Miyuki silver-lined clear crystal. Knitted in the fingering weight yarn (rather than a lighter weight lace yarn), this relatively wide scarf looks and feels more like a narrow shoulder stole. This sample in solid color is an example of choosing beads for a tone-on-tone look, whereas the solid color sample above in the camel color used beads in a contrasting color.

Also, you can download the sample cover page below to see this scarf knitted in Mountain Colors Winter Lace Junior, color Crazy Woman.

I think when an artist creates a beautiful thing that brings joy to someone, that artist should be acknowledged. I am an amateur knitter who is having a very satisfying and rewarding experience with your Beaded Lace Scarf II pattern. It is beautiful; and happily, easy to follow. Thank you very much.
Audrey Mack writes ...
Thanks to your fantastic pattern "Beaded Lace Scarf II" I've completed my first beaded knitting project. I had taken a bead-knitting class at my local yarn store but I never got around to doing anything with beads until I purchased your pattern...Your pattern instructions are foolproof. You provide more than enough information, hints, tips, etc. to make a project succeed. Count me as a very satisfied customer who looks forward to purchasing more of your patterns.
