Made with coordinating yarns with similar worsted weight gauges: main yarn (M), and an accent yarn (A) that is pre-strung and plied with crystals or beads. Hat: 20 [22]" headband circumference; 80 [100] yards (M); 15 [18] yards (A) Mitts: 8 [9]" hand circumference; 100 [125] yards (M); 8 [9] yards (A)

Size US 10 / 6 mm needles suggested for gauge of 4 stitches/inch over stockinette stitch; US 7 / 4.5 mm needles for plaited ribbing, and crochet hook size D / 3 mm for making the chain stitch loops. Shown in Tilli Tomas 100% spun silk, Mariel's Crystals and Simply Heaven, color 180. Written stitch instructions.
