Mini Sock

Mini Sock

Learn to Knit a Sock
by Jackie E-S

The pattern for Mini Sock is truly a sock, but on a miniature scale! Great for learning the basic techniques of sock making with just a small investment in time and materials. And you only need to make one (instead of a pair) to be ready to put your finished project to good use as a decoration, gift tag, etc. I bet you won't be able to stop with just one, though. You'll love the small size which is perfect for babies, too, and will want to make several pairs to stock up for gifts.

In appreciation of your visiting HeartStrings, I offer the Mini Sock pattern to you as an instant pdf download. If you wish to donate to support this site and the continued development of new HeartStrings patterns and online resources, I would appreciate any amount you feel the pattern is worth to you. Whether you choose to download for free or to donate, remember that this pattern is for your non-commercial personal use only. If you wish to use this pattern for any other purpose, including making finished products for sale, please contact me to discuss arrangements and fees.

Note: This pattern is set up for printing 2-sided on standard 8.5 x 11" letter-sized paper and folding in half as a leaflet, making it a small handy format for your knitting project bag.

Michele Ritan writes ...

I want to thank you for the wonderful mini sock pattern. I'm a novice socknitter, and had tried a few books and instructions. This one did the trick--I finally "got" it! The instructions are far superior to most I've seen, and definitely penetrated my dense head. I think the difference in your pattern is that (unlike others) it didn't leave out details or assume the knitter already knew things. I also liked the clarity of the printed layout.

Thank you for interest. I am here to serve you and help keep your knitting a pleasurable experience. If you have questions or need assistance with purchasing or knitting my HeartStrings patterns, let me know. Sincerely, Jackie E-S
