Mardi Gras madness plus the the Saints being in the Super Bowl this weekend has definitely jazzed up the greater New Orleans area where I live. I am trying to be good and get my work done first before I go play, lol.

New online wholesale ordering — coming
I am working to get the new, improved online wholesale ordering set up on the website. For increased security, the step to move the website to its own dedicated IP address with private SSL certificate has been completed. Hopefully that move was transparent to you if you had tried to recently access the website. If you have any difficulty, though, please do let me know.
Now to start populating the new database for the shopping cart, etc. There is still quite a bit of work to do. I will let you know as things progress. Online wholesale ordering will not be available while I go through these upgrades. Meantime, please continue to use the phone, fax or email options for placing your orders. Buffalo Gold is now distributing ready-to-knit scoured 50 gram center-pull balls of Jaggerspun Zephyr wool/silk 2/18 Laceweight. Email Cecil and Ron Miskin at Buffalo Gold Premium Fibers, or phone 773-935-3803 to order this year.
Several of the HeartStrings patterns can be knitted in Jaggerspun Zephyr. And just one ball, with almost 600 yards, is enough to complete most HeartStrings lace projects (other than the larger lace shawls). Change in Minimum Qualifying Order
There has been a nominal increase in the qualifying net dollar amount of an order to waive the handling fee. The minimum qualifying order is $30 net (raised from $25). The small order handling fee has been increased to $3 (from $2).
HeartStrings is set up for volume sales at which you can take advantage of wholesale price breaks. Small orders require special handling and packaging, and rather than just saying I won't do them, I offer this service for the occasional emergency re-stock order or to handle special requests from your customers without you committing to a regular, full-sized order before you are ready.
The quantity minimum of 3 per title, and minimum 6 pieces in an order remains unchanged. If you have questions, please let me know.

Links of Diamonds Scarf
This jewel of a scarf has a beautiful shaped edge, undulating about the hexagonally clustered diamond shapes that appear to be linked together. For added glamour, incorporate glass beads as I did, or omit them if you prefer.
