Luxury Lace SocksHeartStrings knitting pattern #S09These fine gauge luxury socks in exotic laceweight yarns are an extra special treat for your feet. Designed with a simple small-multiple lace motif set within ribbed columns to be pleasantly interesting, yet straight forward enough in case this might be your first adventure on tiny needles. Classic heel flap construction with subtle textural enhancement plus a comfy spiral toe.
While these socks are not a quick-knit, the fine-gauge knitting epitomizes the grandeur of lace in which you can take special pride in creating. Women's Small [Medium, Large]. 450 [500, 600] yards laceweight yarn. 12 stitches/inch, size US 000 /1.5 mm needles suggested, plus needles one size larger. Shown in Jaggerspun Zephyr silk/wool color Vanilla. A good substitute is Helen's Lace silk/wool yarn by Lorna's Laces in color #0ns Natural. Written stitch instructions.
