On-line Wholesale Ordering

Attention: To take full advantage of your wholesale discounts and to avoid delay or cancellation of your order, please remember to meet minimums according to the wholesale terms.

Note: For brevity and quicker load times, the wholesale online order catalog pages include only the publication#, design name, plus small photo if ordering from other than the quick order page. More detailed information for all publications is available in the Design Collections Gallery.

Off-line Wholesale Ordering

Retailers who already have a wholesale account with HeartStrings may also order by phone, fax or email using your choice of payment by check, money order, credit/debit card, or PayPal (see contact info at bottom of page).

If you are already familiar with HeartStrings knitting patterns and know what you want to get, you can use the compact Quick Order form to just enter your quantities beside the item#. You may alternatively use the expanded wholesale catalog pages listed below to reference a small photo and order by type of project.

Wholesale Catalog Index for Full-page Patterns and Books

Patterns and books are in full-page 8½" x 11" format. Individual patterns are printed on 70# acid-free archival quality paper and inserted into acid-free heavy duty 8½" x 11" 3-hole punched clear sheet protectors. Books are printed in full color on heavy gloss stock. Note: b/w indicates budget-priced black and white patterns; all others include color pictures.

Wholesale Catalog Index for Space-saver Leaflets

Pattern leaflets are in half-page folded "space-saver" format, printed on acid-free archival quality paper and inserted into 6" x 9" crystal clear polypropylene zipper bags with hang hole. These are republications of the full-page patterns having same design# without the "L" — usually same content, but if any difference it is noted on the order pages. Space-saver leaflets are small enough to make a nice display by your check-out counter for impulse buyers, or to put-up in kits for your customers who like a smaller carry-along pattern in their knitting bag.
