Wholesale Terms and Conditions

HeartStrings Knitting Patterns and Books

Wholesale terms are extended to qualifying dealers at HeartStrings' sole discretion. Terms and conditions are subject to change. Every effort will be made to give you sufficient notice, but this may not always be possible.

Dealer Application

To establish yourself as a wholesale dealer for HeartStrings patterns and books, mail or fax a copy of your business license or your state tax sellers permit certificate along with completed dealer application.

Minimums

• Initial order — $100 net excluding shipping cost; your order may include 1+ Introductory Paks and/or 3+ each of individual pattern/leaflet/book publications in any combination
• Reorders — 3+ each of publications in any combination totaling 6 or more (small order handling fee applies for less than $25 net)

Payment Terms

Prepaid by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Discover), or check/money order in U.S. funds drawn on U.S. bank. You may place a credit card on file for your payment convenience and quicker turn-around of re-orders.

Wholesale Discounts

Discount is applied to suggested retail prices: 50% discount on pattern publications and 40% on books.

Shipping and Handling

You pay actual shipping costs + $2 small order handling fee if your order is less than $25 net excluding shipping cost. No shipping and handling on Auto-Ship Subscription orders.

Shipping Methods

US locations — USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground depending on weight. Outside US — USPS air mail. Your order will usually be shipped within 2 business days of payment receipt. If there is a delay, I will notify you.
