Wholesale Terms and ConditionsHeartStrings Knitting Patterns and BooksWholesale terms are extended to qualifying dealers at HeartStrings' sole discretion. Terms and conditions are subject to change. Every effort will be made to give you sufficient notice, but this may not always be possible. Dealer ApplicationTo establish yourself as a wholesale dealer for HeartStrings patterns and books, mail or fax a copy of your business license or your state tax sellers permit certificate along with completed dealer application. Minimums
Payment TermsPrepaid by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Discover), Paypal, or check/money order in U.S. funds drawn on U.S. bank. You may place a credit card on file for your payment convenience and quicker turn-around of re-orders. Wholesale DiscountsDiscount is applied to suggested retail prices: 50% discount on pattern publications and 40% on books. Shipping and HandlingYou pay actual shipping costs + $3 small order special handling fee if your order is less than $30 net excluding shipping cost. No shipping and handling on Auto-Ship Subscription orders. Shipping MethodsUS locations — USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground depending on weight. Outside US — USPS air mail. Your order will usually be shipped within 2 business days of payment receipt. If there is a delay, I will notify you.
