The patterns range from easy enough for a beginner to try (yet interesting to the more experienced) and others for those who like something a little more challenging (or for beginners to 'grow' into). The original mini-calendars are out of date, but all the patterns are still wonderful and you can enjoy making these classic designs for each month of the year. The Daily Journal pages have also been included just like in the original book. They are a great place to write in your progress or thoughts each day of the month while you are knitting your socks.
